Specifically, our AI Shield Sentinel dashboard processes user-provided names and email addresses to perform security scans. This data is used to query third-party breach databases and is not stored long-term on our servers.
When you initiate a scan, your email and name are used to query specialized security providers including Hudson Rock (for stealer logs), LeakCheck, IntelligenceX, and XposedOrNot. This information is processed in-memory to generate your risk score and is subsequently cached for 10 minutes using encrypted identifiers to ensure performance without persistent storage of raw PII.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.
We do not sell your personal data. Any PII used for security diagnostics is transient.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
To improve our service, we use Microsoft Clarity, Umami Analytics, and Bing services.
All services are configured to mask sensitive input fields to ensure your passwords or scan results are never recorded.
